WHAT WE LOVE

Davey's Ice Cream is handmade in Brooklyn using all-natural milk and cream from local New York State creameries and seasonal ingredients. Established in 2013 by graphic designer David Yoo, Davey's Ice Cream now boasts stores in the East Village, the Moynihan Train Hall, Williamsburg, and a seasonal store at Rockaway Beach.

Davey's Ice Cream features classic flavors such as vanilla, chocolate and strawberry that are elevated by using only the finest ingredients. Each batch is made on-site in Brooklyn from raw ingredients and requires a four-day-long production schedule. Each month special seasonal flavors are featured, including a vegan choice.
