WHAT WE LOVE

Gelato shop originally founded in Italy in 1880. Michele Gentile opened the original Gelateria Gentile was a small kiosk in Bari, Italy. Following generations added pastries and pizza to the offering, then in 2015 started serving their gelato in New York, opening their in 2018 first store in Williamsburg. Gelateria Gentiles followed in the West Village, Nolita, and University Place.

Alongside their homemade gelato, Gelateria Gentile serves Italian coffee and pastries, semifreddo, cakes, and vegan options. A specialty is their homemade coffee-flavored options.
