Talbott & Arding is a cheese and provisions store in Hudson, New York, showcasing the best of Hudson Valley food producers. Established in 2014 by cheese maker and expert, Kate Arding, and chef, Mona Talbott. Talbott & Arding is the result of the partners combined passions for thoughtful, sustainable foods. Located in the Hudson Valley Hudson, they are able to collaborate closely and build strong relationships with their suppliers.

In 2021, Talbott & Arding moved from a small shopfront on Warren Street to an expansive 7500 square foot former warehouse. The larger space means that there is an expanded selection of cheese, charcuterie, pastries, fresh pasta, and gourmet prepared foods. Talbott & Arding offers a delicious daily menu, catering services, a selection of home goods, books, and gifts.
